Office units range from 173 sq ft (16m²) to 3000 sq ft (278m²).

All offices are furnished to a high standard and come equipped with Cat5e cabling, ISDN and broadband capabilities.

Each individual unit has at least one thermostatically controlled radiator and access to kitchen and toilet facilities on each floor.

Rental is charged per square foot and is invoiced on a monthly basis. This includes electricity, heating, CCTV security, cleaning, building insurance, parking, grounds maintenance.
